SHIPPING

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All of our merchandise is hand made to order in the UK.

At the moment we do 1 production run per month. 

Orders are processed on the first working day of the month and shipped to you within 3 weeks of this date. 

We understand that this may feel like a long time to wait, but we are committed to working with local trusted businesses who we can rely on.

All deliveries are sent out tracked and insured via Royal Mail/Parcelforce so that you can trust your items will be delivered to you with care, once we have customised them. Shipping costs are based on your full order weight.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products please contact us immediately.

RETURNS

We will accept returns for any physical product as long as the item is unused and returned with the original packaging. You will be responsible for return postage, packaging fees, and insurance. We recommend returns are sent using a tracked and signed service to help with any delays or problems that may arise. Refunds will be issued once your returned items are received by us. For return address please contact us.
